Refund Policy

Change of Mind

27 Corse does not offer refunds or replacements for change-of-mind returns. All customers are strongly encouraged to carefully review all product descriptions, images, specifications, and notes regarding compatibility and condition before finalising an order, as all items are sold based on their listed details at the time of sale. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have independently reviewed all information provided, including images, and accept full responsibility for evaluating the item’s suitability, compatibility, and condition. All sales are considered final unless otherwise specified below.

Return Period and Request Process

Customers may request a return within thirty (30) days of receiving their item. To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team at support@27corse.com within this period. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return. Please note that items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility for returns and exchanges is strictly limited to products that are not as described or that contain a major fault that was not disclosed at the time of sale.

All product listings are intended to provide a general visual and descriptive representation of each item through written notes, specifications, and images. Customers acknowledge that all images form part of the description and must be relied upon as the primary representation of the item’s condition. Any written notes or descriptions are provided as a general guide only and do not constitute guarantees, certifications, or comprehensive assessments of the item.

Customers accept full responsibility for reviewing all images in detail and conducting their own research, verification, and evaluation of compatibility, condition, and suitability prior to purchase. Any assumptions made beyond what is clearly visible or stated are done at the customer’s own risk.

All items are sold on a “sold as-is” basis and may include a general condition grading where applicable. Any grading or condition description provided is indicative only and reflects a subjective assessment at the time of listing. It does not constitute a warranty, guarantee, or assurance of performance, longevity, or suitability for any specific use.

Due to the nature of second-hand motorcycle parts and aftermarket components, all items may show signs of prior use, including cosmetic wear, marks, scratches, or age-related deterioration. These characteristics are considered normal and do not constitute a defect where they are reasonably consistent with the images and general description provided.

Returns are not accepted for reasons including, but not limited to, general wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, incorrect fitment, or failure to independently verify compatibility prior to purchase. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the item is suitable for their specific motorcycle, including correct model, year, variant, and any modifications that may affect fitment. Any guidance provided regarding compatibility is general in nature and should not be relied upon as a guarantee.

All items returned must be in the same condition as when received and must not have been installed, fitted, tested in a way that alters condition, modified, or otherwise altered. A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided with every return request. All returns are subject to inspection and verification prior to approval; we reserve the right to refuse any return if the item is deemed unsuitable or does not comply with these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, all motorcycles (which are sold strictly on a sold as-is basis), electrical components, installed or used parts, custom or modified items, and any items sold on a final sale basis.

If you are uncertain about the compatibility, specifications, or condition of an item, we strongly recommend contacting our customer service team support@27corse.com prior to purchase, as returns will not be accepted on the basis of uncertainty after purchase.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error on the part of 27 Corse, such as an incorrect item supplied or a major undisclosed fault, all costs associated with returning an item are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for all returns, as 27 Corse cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged during the return process.

Invalid Delivery Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery details at the time of purchase, including the correct recipient name, street address, and any other information required for successful delivery. 27 Corse is not liable for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid delivery information provided by the customer.

Where an order is returned to us as a result of invalid or incomplete delivery details, the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with re-shipping the order, as well as any additional charges imposed by the carrier for returning the item to our facility. If the order is not returned to us - such as where it is lost or disposed of by the carrier - no refund or replacement will be issued. Customers are strongly encouraged to review all delivery details carefully before finalizing their order to avoid delays or loss.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within ten (10) business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund. If you have not received your refund within fifteen (15) business days of approval, please contact us for assistance.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend completing the return process for the original item and placing a separate order for the desired replacement. This ensures prompt service and the greatest availability of inventory.

Digital Products and Downloads

All sales of digital products, including tuning files, software, or downloadable content, are final. Digital products or downloads are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances. Once a digital item has been delivered or made available for download, no refund will be issued. We strongly recommend reviewing product descriptions and compatibility requirements carefully prior to purchase. If you have any questions about a digital product before purchasing, please contact our customer service team for clarification.

Refusal of Return and Refunds

27 Corse reserves the right to refuse any return or refund that does not comply with this policy or where the item is returned in an unsuitable condition, including where it has been installed, used, tested, or altered in any way that affects resale. Items sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted or refunded.
