Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days following payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. In periods of high demand, sourcing delays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. Should any significant delay occur, customers will be notified promptly via email.
Certain items, particularly second-hand motorcycle parts and complete motorcycles, may require additional handling time due to inspection, preparation, packaging requirements, or logistical coordination.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is available both domestically and internationally. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes vary depending on the size, weight, destination, and carrier availability.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the specific item being purchased.
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and are indicative only. Standard shipping within Australia typically ranges between 3 to 10 business days, while international delivery estimates generally range between 7 to 21 business days. Express shipping options may be available at checkout for eligible items and locations, offering reduced delivery timeframes.
For larger items, oversized components, or complete motorcycles, standard delivery services may not be available. In such cases, collection in person or alternative freight arrangements may be required and will be confirmed with the customer prior to dispatch.
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier performance, location, customs processing, or other external factors beyond our control.
Packaging
All items are packaged appropriately to ensure safe handling and transport. Due to the varied nature of motorcycle parts and components, packaging methods may differ depending on the size, weight, and fragility of the item.
While all reasonable care is taken to protect items during transit, minor wear to external packaging may occur and does not constitute damage to the product itself.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided to the email address supplied at checkout where applicable. Customers may monitor the progress of their shipment via the carrier’s tracking system.
For certain freight shipments or larger items, tracking updates may be limited depending on the carrier used.
If tracking information is not received within a reasonable timeframe, customers are encouraged to contact the customer service team for assistance.
Collection / Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for selected items, including larger components and complete motorcycles.
Collection must be arranged in advance and confirmed prior to arrival. Customers will be notified once their order is ready for collection.
Valid identification and proof of purchase may be required at the time of collection. Items collected in person are deemed accepted in their current condition at the point of handover.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and additional charges imposed by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fees.
Customers are advised to contact their local customs authority for further information prior to placing an order.
Order Accuracy & Error Handling
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping and contact information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

If any discrepancies or errors are identified in your order details (such as an incomplete or incorrect shipping address), we will promptly contact you via email to confirm or rectify the information.

Orders with incorrect or incomplete information will be placed on hold, resulting in shipping delays.

If you have paid for express shipping, please note that express shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a delay caused by customer error or non-response. Orders will remain on hold until accurate information is received.
